Publishers can take a booth at the GIC to show their existing and upcoming product line to retailers, gather valuable and honest feedback and highlight their latest releases.

Distributors and service providers can take a booth to discuss their offering and to discuss their development and future plans.

Overview of Exhibiting:

Exhibition stands are being placed in the Hilton Palace Suite and the Kings Suite. Exhibitors can request any size of stand but the minimum space sold is 4sqm (or 2m x 2m).

Corner stands, endcaps and Islands are available with additional supplemental costs. Some locations within the hall are advantageously placed and are therefore sold as Premium space at a slightly increased rate per square metre.

The custom package includes:

• Access to a power point to charge your devices
• 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 free entry pass per 4m2
• Company name on attendee list
• Potential to have 30 minute seminar slot
• Potential to add product to retailer promotional box

Package Upgrades

• Superior Upgrade
  • You can upgrade your package to include access to superior space, this incurs an additional charge of £25 per sqm of space included in your package.
• Bronze/Silver/Gold
  • You can upgrade your package to include additional access to consumer facing aisles. By default, your package will include access to one aisle however you can upgrade to:
    • Bronze Upgrade – 2 Aisles - £250
    • Silver Upgrade – 3 Aisles - £600
    • Gold Upgrade – 4 Aisles - £1500
• Sponsorship
  • Any partner can upgrade their package to include a sponsorship option from the following list:
